 UNUSED is an edit macro which, when invoked while editing a COBOL program, will
 automatically search that program's compile listing dataset for WORKING-STORAGE
 elements which are only defined but not referenced.  UNUSED will then return to
 the COBOL program being edited and insert ISPF edit "message" lines before the
 WORKING-STORAGE definition of each of those UNUSED fields.

 If you're familiar with the COMPMARK utility and how it functions, you'll
 recognize the same processing steps being executed by UNUSED.

 Implicit to the function of UNUSED is a COBOL 2 version 3.2 compile listing
 dataset with a name in the format of userid.COMPILE.LISTING.programname.  If
 the program is compiled with the COMPILE utility, this dataset can be generated
 automatically.

 UNUSED also functions like COMPMARK in that you can specify a PF key when
 invoking UNUSED (e.g. COMMAND ===> unused pf11), and that PF key will be
 automatically set to the ISPF edit command "LOCATE NEXT SPECIAL".  When UNUSED
 is finished processing and you want to locate which WORKING-STORAGE elements
 are unused, you can either type in "locate next special" (or L SPE for short)
 each time you want to find the next instance, or you could set this to a PF
 key.  By specifying a PF key when you invoke UNUSED, you let UNUSED set the PF
 key to the appropriate command for you.
